Do I need a helper coach if I already have a domestic helper? Yes. Helper Coach isn't only for new hires. Our Troubleshoot package is designed specifically for existing employer-helper relationships where communication has broken down or expectations aren't aligned. We help you decode misunderstandings, reset the working relationship, and train your helper on culture, values and expectations, so you can move forward with clarity. 

How much does a Helper Coach package cost?

We offer four packages to match different needs: Interview Support (SGD 99) for families hiring a new helper, Day One: The Settling In (SGD 199) for a smooth start with a new helper, Troubleshoot (custom quote) for resetting an existing working relationship, and the Premium Package - By Your Side (SGD 1,199) for a full 4-week hands-on training program. How is Helper Coach different from a maid agency? A maid agency helps you find and place a helper. Helper Coach picks up where the agency leaves off. We help you set up the systems, routines and communication that make the working relationship actually succeed long-term. Think of an agency as recruitment, and Helper Coach as onboarding, training and ongoing partnership support, for both you and your helper.

Are coaching sessions in person or online? Both. Your 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Lisa can be held in person or online, whichever works best for your schedule. Hands-on training sessions with your helper are held in person, since these involve practical, day-to-day tasks in your home.

What's included in the Day One: The Settling In package? It's designed for a new helper's first days in your home: a 120-minute 1-on-1 coaching session with you (in person or online), a 60-minute in-person training session with your helper, detailed guidance on your helper's responsibilities, a personalized onboarding checklist, and practical tips for building a harmonious home environment from day one.
